Our Big Creek Espresso Chocolate is a crisp Belgian Dark or Milk chocolate coffee cup filled with creamy Dark or White chocolate ganache infused with the fresh brewed flavor of espresso from our local coffee roaster Big Creek Coffee Roasters. The dark chocolate is topped with a roasted coffee bean, the milk with a sprinkle of Ceylon cinnamon.

Wildflower Confections uses pure and simple ingredients in our truffles to produce the richest and fullest flavors. We use the best ingredients we know of, and we never use corn syrup, invert sugar, or fillers. Enjoy!
