Our Blodgett Canyon Cellars Wine Chocolates have a center of creamy Belgian Dark or Milk chocolate ganache made with wine from Blodgett Canyon Cellars in Hamilton, Montana, wrapped in a shell of tempered chocolate. The dark chocolate is made with Roaring Lion Red, and the milk chocolate truffle is made with Chardonnay.
Wildflower Confections uses pure and simple ingredients in our truffles to produce the richest and fullest flavors. We use the best ingredients we know of, and we never use corn syrup, invert sugar, or fillers. Enjoy!
