Our Caramel Apple Chocolate is a tempered Belgian chocolate shell filled with creamy ganache made with our own pure and simple caramel. We add a touch of organic flavor oil derived from tart apples, and top these gems off with a dollop of our caramel and a piece of dried apple.

Wildflower Confections uses pure and simple ingredients in our truffles to produce the richest and fullest flavors. We use the best ingredients we know of, and we never use corn syrup, invert sugar, or fillers. Enjoy!
