Caramel Chocolate? This unique chocolate is made by carmelizing the sugar and milk prior to blending them with the other ingredients. It pleasingly takes its place alongside Dark, Milk, and White Chocolate (and the new Ruby Chocolate, which we also offer!) We top this gem with our own pure and simple caramel.

Wildflower Confections uses pure and simple ingredients in our truffles to produce the richest and fullest flavors. We use the best ingredients we know of, and we never use corn syrup, invert sugar, or fillers. Enjoy!
