Our Cinnamon Truffle is a creamy center of Belgian dark or milk chocolate ganache that is hand dipped in tempered chocolate and topped with a dusting of Saigon cinnamon. We use real food derived organic flavor oils to achieve the satisfying taste of our truffles.
