Our Flathead Cherry Truffle has a creamy center of Belgian dark or milk chocolate ganache that is hand dipped in tempered chocolate and topped with a strip of dried cherry. Rather than cream, we use pureed Flathead Lake Cherries plus a touch of real cherry derived organic flavor oil to achieve this truffle's satisfying taste.

If you are looking for a Vegan option, the Dark Chocolate version of this truffle contains no animal products.
