Like other Hummingbird Cakes, our cupcakes get much of their sweetness from diced bananas and crushed pineapple. We also add huckleberries. These confections feature our Huckleberry White Chocolate Buttercream that is made with Belgian white chocolate, cream cheese, and Irish butter...with no powdered sugar, for a silky smooth and not overly sweet experience.
