Wildflower Confections' summertime seasonal Firecracker Chocolates are inspired by the the fun and beauty of 4th of July fireworks, the sizzle of summertime barbecues, and the hot summer days of July and August! To craft our Jalapeño Cherry, we roast jalapeño peppers and then puree them into our Flathead Cherry ganache. We chop the seeds and sprinkle them, with a dusting of shredded chocolate, on top of the chocolates. (The dark chocolate Jalapeño Cherry Chocolates are VEGAN!)
You can also choose our 25-piece Grand Assortment that features an assortment of 16 of our Firecracker Chocolates (Habanero, Huckleberry Habanero, and Jalapeño Cherry) plus 9 plain chocolate hand-dipped chocolates.
Wildflower Confections uses the best pure and simple ingredients in our truffles to produce the richest and fullest flavors. We never use corn syrup, invert sugar, or fillers. We always use the best ingredients we know of. Enjoy!
