Our Maple Bacon Chocolate has a creamy center of Belgian dark or milk chocolate ganache that is enhanced with real maple and bacon derived organic flavor oils and real hickory smoke. This enticing center is encased in tempered chocolate in the shape of a maple leaf and topped with a bit of bacon jerky.

Wildflower Confections uses pure and simple ingredients in our truffles to produce the richest and fullest flavors. We use the best ingredients we know of, and we never use corn syrup, invert sugar, or fillers. Enjoy!
