Our Pomegranate Truffle is a creamy center of Belgian dark or milk chocolate ganache that is hand dipped in tempered chocolate and topped with a decorative figure 8 swirl. Pomegranate molasses (super concentrated pomegranate juice) and real food derived organic flavor oil give this special truffle its distinct and pleasing pomegranate tang.

Wildflower Confections uses pure and simple ingredients in our truffles to produce the richest and fullest flavors. We use the best ingredients we know of, and we never use corn syrup, invert sugar, or fillers. Enjoy!
