Ruby Chocolate? The beautiful pink color is natural. It was recently discovered that some cacao beans, when processed together rather than with other beans, produce chocolate that is ruby in color. The taste is mild and pleasing. We embellish our Ruby Chocolate Hearts with a thin layer of freeze dried strawberry powder, creating a delicious combination. Ruby Chocolate proudly takes its place alongside Dark, Milk, and White Chocolate (and the new Caramel Chocolate, which we also offer!)

Wildflower Confections uses pure and simple ingredients in our truffles to produce the richest and fullest flavors. We use the best ingredients we know of, and we never use corn syrup, invert sugar, or fillers. Enjoy!
