Our Toffee Truffles and Caramel Cones provide the perfect combination of creamy smooth and crunchy. Our Caramel Cones are filled with our own pure and simple caramel...just caramelized organic evaporated cane juice (melted organic sugar), butter and cream. This is caramel as it is supposed to taste! Our seasonal Toffee Truffles feature a roasted hazelnut wrapped in chocolate ganache with a hint of sea salt and encased in our buttery English Toffee. The finishing touch is a light spraying of cocoa butter.

Wildflower Confections uses pure and simple ingredients in our truffles to produce the richest and fullest flavors. We use the best ingredients we know of, and we never use corn syrup, invert sugar, or fillers. Enjoy!
