Firecracker Chocolates (July and August)
We offer three varieties of Firecracker Chocolate Truffles: Habanero, Huckleberry Habanero, and Jalapeno Cherry. All three feature fire roasted peppers, pureed and blended with smooth Belgian chocolate. The heat level is medium, yet it varies slightly from batch to batch, depending on the heat of the peppers. As always, we use the best, pure and simple ingredients we know of. Enjoy!
